PETSCREENING IS A PART OF THE APPLICATION PROCESS FOR ALL APPLICANTS. To help ensure ALL of our residents understand our pet and animal-related policies, we use a third-party screening service and require everyone to complete a pet profile, a “no pet” profile, or request accommodation for an assistance animal. There is no cost ($0) to submit an accommodation request for a service animal or assistance animal, or to complete the no-pet screening. There is a $30/pet fee for all household pets. All Allegiance Property Management residents are enrolled in the mandatory Resident Benefits Package (RBP) for $55.95/month, which includes renter’s liability insurance, credit building to boost credit scores with timely rent payments, up to $1M Identity Theft Protection, HVAC air filter delivery (for applicable properties), utility concierge service for seamless move-in setup, a resident rewards program, on-demand pest control (optional), and more.
