About Us
Our Mission
Maximizing your investment return through a human-driven property management experience.
Our Vision
To dominate, set the bar, and elevate the landscape of Northern Virginia property management through unparalleled service, leadership, and innovation.
Our Story
At the heart of our company is a deep-rooted connection to Northern Virginia. With Washington D.C. in our backyard, our region is fueled by government agencies, tech firms, defense contractors, and military bases—making it one of the most consistent rental markets in the country. We’ve proudly called this area home for over 40 years, and it’s this personal and professional connection that shapes the way we do business.
Allegiance Property Management began as a response to a growing need in the real estate community—local REALTORS® searching for a professional property manager they could trust when their clients didn’t have anywhere to turn. From those early partnerships, we’ve evolved into a boutique-style firm managing just under 300 doors and serving primarily accidental landlords across Northern Virginia.
We specialize in supporting homeowners who never intended to be landlords. Whether it’s a job relocation, military transfer, or life event that led to renting out a personal residence, we understand that your property isn’t just an investment—it’s your home. Our mission is to honor that with empathy, transparency, and expert guidance.
We’ve walked in your shoes. From renter to homeowner to investor to property manager, we’ve experienced the full spectrum of residential housing. This perspective drives our belief that the resident experience is just as important as the owner experience. Happy tenants stay longer, take better care of your property, and contribute to your long-term investment success.
Our approach is simple: connect with every client, offer honest and professional advice, and deliver a property management experience defined by trust, care, and consistent results. We are the experts in our field—managing your most valuable asset with the same attention and integrity we would our own.

Dana Boyle
Accounts Manager, Associate Broker
Dana joined Allegiance Property Management as our Accounts Manager in 2015. She enjoys the day-to-day routine this position gives her: collecting rent, making sure the owners’ bills are paid on time, distributing owner funds, and communicating with owners and tenants. January is especially adventurous with tax documents needing to be prepared and delivered. But this is not her only talent.
A native of Alexandria, Dana graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro with a Music degree in Vocal Performance. She currently sings with The Washington Chorus and is a professional cantor at a local church. If that weren’t enough, Dana has been a Realtor since 2012 and continues to help her clients buy, sell and rent their homes in Northern Virginia. Dana’s many careers may keep her on her toes, but she is never too busy to help when needed.
