Placing a qualified tenant in your home is our number one priority. Our thorough Tenant Screening Process and Tenant Screening Criteria Checklist are implemented to minimize the risk of placing a difficult tenant. Streamlined, built-in resident screening through our third party screening partner allows us to place the highest quality residents quickly.

Rent Collection

Modern residents expect easy, online payment options. The majority of our residents pay their monthly rent through our easy-to-access Tenant Portal. Funds are then issued by ACH directly into the bank account of choice no later than the 10th of each month.

Maintenance

Allegiance Property Management utilizes Property Meld, a software platform for effective and efficient maintenance coordination. As a property owner, you will be able to view maintenance requests, communicate directly with our team, and approve work on your properties. Tenants can submit work orders via an online Portal or in case of emergencies through our 24/7 repair center hotline.

Owner statements and year-end tax documents are securely posted to an online Owners Portal. Allegiance Property Management uses Rentvine Property Manager software to track and manage these for you, so they can be organized and available to you 24/7.

How We Measure

Our numbers come straight from our property management systems and are updated at the end of each month. They cover the residential homes we manage and exclude properties leaving our management.

Homes Leased

The share of our homes that are occupied or have a signed lease with a scheduled move-in.

Avg. Days to Lease

The average number of days from when a home is listed to when a lease is signed, for leases signed in the last 90 days.

Residents Who Renew

The share of residents offered a renewal who chose to renew, over the last 12 months. It doesn’t count homes where the owner decided to sell or end management.

Rent Collected

Rent received by the last day of the month, divided by rent due that month.
