My name is Courtney Parks, and I'm the Principal Broker and Director of Operations for Allegiance Property Management. I've been lucky enough to call Northern Virginia my home for over 40 years. Northern Virginia is an ideal place to own an investment property. With Washington D.C. in our backyard, and an abundance of government agencies, tech companies, defense contractors and military bases, our area benefits from a consistent demand for rental housing.

I’ve worked in property management for almost 20 years, and I am passionate about what I do. I’ve been a renter, and I'm a homeowner, which means I understand pain points on both sides. I’ve learned that empathy goes along way, and that the resident experience is equally as important as the owner experience. Happy residents tend to stay longer and display greater care for your investment. This translates to a more lucrative long-term investment opportunity. I also understand that not every client is the “traditional investor.” Many clients are faced with renting out their homes due to a life change—perhaps a job relocation or military transfer. To them, this isn’t just an investment; it’s their home and they plan to return. My goal is to foster a connection with every client, give honest, professional advice, and provide the best property management experience possible.
