Meet Rebeca!

Rebeca Calix joined Allegiance Property Management in January 2024. Rebeca plays an integral role in providing support to our Property Manager Kayla Brooks through assisting investors and residents with their maintenance needs. Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in marketing and advertising, Rebeca brings prior experience in the buying and selling of properties in Virginia. This experience involved hands-on coordination of inspections, renovation projects, and property repairs which translates perfectly to her new role as Maintenance Coordinator. She expresses enthusiasm in connecting with various individuals and possesses the ability to make on-the-spot decisions during unforeseen circumstances. Rebeca's small family includes her husband, dog, and herself. Apart from work, she enjoys reading investigative journalism books, loves cooking, and holds a deep passion for animals.
