Meet Kayla!

Kayla Brooks joined Allegiance Property Management in 2016 after moving from the Chicago suburbs. Kayla oversees all maintenance and repair matters, and is our Lead Move-In/Move-Out Coordinator. She earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and Philosophy which influenced her passion and drive to foster positive interpersonal relationships. With experience in both residential and commercial property management, Kayla is known for her strong customer service background. To become even more well rounded, she earned her Virginia Real Estate Salesperson license in 2020. She thrives in tenant turnover and project management, and has helped countless clients with property renovations. As much as she loves working with her Allegiance team members, she loves her rescue dogs Charlie and Sophie even more.
