Meet Courtney!

Courtney Parks is our Principal Broker and Director of Operations. Courtney began her career in property management working for a large HOA management firm right after college. She made the leap into residential real estate in 2009 when she joined Allegiance Property Management. She earned her Virginia Real Estate Salesperson license in 2012 and Virginia Broker’s license in 2017. Courtney is an active member of the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM), the Northern Virginia Association of REALTORS®, and Virginia REALTORS®. She serves on the Northern Virginia and Virginia State NARPM Board of Directors as well as the Virginia REALTORS® PM Council. Holding the RMP® (Residential Management Professional) designation and Virginia REALTORS® "PM Certified", Courtney is a huge advocate for continuing education through professional development and elevating the property management and investment industry. Courtney is a proud wife and mom, a Virginia Tech alumna and die-hard Hokie, Fairfax native, DC sports fan, and an amateur baking enthusiast.
